Preventative maintenance is always better than reactive. In line with your Wellis® warranty, you should look to have your spa serviced on an annual basis. We offer several servicing packages which include annual, quarterly or 6-month check-ups. Available as a one off payment of a monthly spread. 

HOT TUB & SWIM SPA MAINTENANCE

Over time debris can build-up, pipes can develop a biofilm or become blocked through calcium build-up and electronics faults can develop. Your spa doesn’t have to get this way. Regular care from our experts can keep your spa fresh and functioning as long as possible.

WINTERISING YOUR HOT TUB OR SWIM SPA

We personally find that the best time of the year to use a hot tub is during winter, this is particularly true when using a hot tub to aid skeletal issues, however some of our customers opt to shut down their spas during the winter season, draining or leaving full of water and simply turning off your hot tub can result in issues. It is important to fully winterise a hot tub to ensure that damage arising from freezing conditions and poor weather is prevented. Our drain down service offers protection to your hot tub or swim spa during the winter months.
